26 Sep Trupo Extends Freelancer Benefits to New Jersey
In July of this year, the Guild announced that it was partnering with Trupo in extending to New York State freelancers, supplemental benefits similar to those which on-staff employees get: dental, accident, and specified disease insurance. The TRUPO program has just been extended to New Jersey. Those earning over 50% of their income as freelancers are welcome to visit the Guild’s Trupo page to learn what benefits packages they might qualify for.
Trupo is working on rolling out similar programs in other states. We’ll advise you as those come into being. However, freelancers interested in seeing supplemental benefits offered in their states are welcome to register with Trupo to receive updates.
