30 Oct New Regional Reps: Fresh Talent, Fresh Energy!
We conducted our first election of Regional Reps under our new Guild Constitution, and we’re excited to welcome several new Regional Representatives to the Guild board! Additionally, several Associate Representatives have stepped up to volunteer to assist with regional planning. So we’re looking at an almost* full slate of representation across the country. Meet our new Regional Reps:
Eastern Regional Rep Katy Marshall
Katy Marshall is the Creative Director for Medallion Retail, a retail marketing agency in New York City. Prior to that, she ran her own design studio, Craneco, which had a notable clientele: Columbia University School of General Studies; Columbia University Interactive Services Department, and jeweler Judith Ripka. Her work with Craneco was recognized by the New Jersey Advertising Club. Katy got her degree from Pratt Institute, graduating with honors with a BFA in painting.

Liz DiFiore is a freelance illustrator specializing in children’s picture book illustration, as well as middle grade illustration and illustration for video and board games. Her warm, poignant images reflect her passion in illustrating stories that are emotionally impactful and focused on interpersonal relationships. Originally from western New York State, Liz is new to the Boston area. She has already been very active in the Guild, working on our Advocacy Committee and participating in a lobbying trip to DC on behalf of The CASE Act.

Her clientele is predominantly small businesses, but ranges from mom-and-pop shops to international clients. Tammy has over 17 years of experience, 10 of which are as a business owner.
