Steve Maggi will guide you through the visa most often used by graphic artists, the O-1 visa, and explain the requirements for qualifying, including suggestions as to how to build your case methodically to eventually qualify.

Steve Maggi was born in Argentina and moved to the US a child, growing up in New York City, and graduating from Stuyvesant High School. The son of two artists , he received a degree in journalism from UNC-Chapel Hill and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001. Since then he has run his own business, a law firm specialized in U.S. immigration, and has helped over 2,000 immigrants from all over the world to realize their unique versions of the American Dream. A large part of his practice is extraordinary ability visas, for people from all walks of life and in different industries, including many immigrant founders.
