Ever feel like you’ve underbilled? Of course you have! This workshop is designed to help you learn how what other working artists are charging, and how you can defend your pricing decisions. You’ll be given the specs for a variety of real-world design and illustration projects – exactly the type of information you would gather before bidding on a job. You’ll then be able to “bid” on the job, or submit the fee you would charge. The actual estimated fee is finally revealed, as well as the artist’s reasoning on how the price was derived.
Leighton Hubbell & Josh Korwin joined us to talk about their projects.
