Dorothea Mordan is a graphic artist, writer, archival picture framer and owner of Chandler Designs, Ltd. (est.1983) and Tiny Planet (est. 2001)

Chandler Designs offers archival picture framing, photo restoration and archival ink jet prints, and graphics.

Tiny Planet, tinyplanet.earth, is a brand for practical messages about social and environmental action. Dorothea's design work is sold on t-shirts and other print-on-demand merchandise as an independent artist and as custom work for non-profit fundraising.

Dorothea is founder of Kitsune, Inc., kitsuneinc.org a 501c3 educational organization dedicated to creating more options for independent living and ongoing life skills education for a growing population of adults with special needs.

We ask you to remember that many designers, artists and illustrators may not want to have their images used in any way, including in agency presentations. Any use, including “comping,” implies value that is worth compensation. Art or photography in portfolios submitted for a job should not be copied for any use, including client presentation or “comping,” without the creator’s permission. In case after case, the creator’s property rights have been upheld, and those caught engaging in these practices were penalized, paying large fines to the artists.
