17 Feb Healthcare Marketplace Reopened for 2021 Insurance
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the marketplace for health insurance has been reopened as of February 15. Residents of state which do not operate their own state health exchanges can purchase insurance on the federal exchange on healthcare.gov until May 15. States which operate their own exchanges have also reopened their marketplaces. We’ve noted their dates below. Guild members can access good advice on their options and recommendations for health insurance through LIG, at no cost. LIG can provide advice to those who must apply through the federal marketplace, as well as those who can apply through state exchanges. LIG will also work with Guild members to see if they qualify for any savings, such as through subsidies.
