Design by Committee situations are difficult at best but there are successful strategies and tactics that are proven to work.  In this webinar we will explore what is involved in gaining approval, how to recognize different working styles and different personality styles in order to gain approval. We will talk about teaming and how important it is to create an informal teaming relationship with clients/board members. While it can often be perceived as a complex process, it can become second nature to get approval and buy-in to your ideas whether a committee or team or non-decision maker representative. We will give you the tools to practice your new skills to assist in being more successful and fulfilled!

About Our Presenter

Presented by Connie Cwik

Connie has more than 25 years of building relationships with clients, building and developing teams and coaching business associates. Early in her career, she owned her own business as a consultant and public speaker. For the past 11 years she has been a facilitator and coach. Connie has a passion for building, growing and developing business owners, teams and individuals.

Connie has been an IT Executive in roles like VP of Sales in Life Sciences and Healthcare. She earned her Regulatory Affairs Certification, Global by scoring in the top 96 percentile. Her background includes Executive Coach for The Walt Disney Company where she was the coach for more than 10 executives. Other companies that she has worked with include General Motors, Merck, HCL and Accenture.

Prior to this she was with Microsoft Corporation where she held the position of VP of Sales for the General Motors Account. In both roles, she had global sales, delivery and relationship responsibility for all of General Motors, their affiliates and subsidiaries globally. She worked closely with C-level executives at both companies to GM to the second largest Microsoft customer globally.

Connie resides in North Carolina and owns Cwik Business Connections where she is a professional and executive coach. She enjoys spending time with her Yorkie, Max along with her friends and family. She also enjoys golf, travel, reading and DIY projects for her home.
