About Michael Fleishman (in his own words)

“Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and after 30+ years living and scribbling in Yellow Springs, Ohio, my wife and I moved to Delaware and are absolutely LOVING the place. We bought a beautiful house & close enough to the beach (9 minutes down the road) and are establishing residence and setting up shop. We kinda feel like we won the lottery.

I teach for two neighboring town art councils, as well as work part-time as a writing tutor at a local community college. My new studio is BIG, and hopping. My art rocks our cavernous basement and the writing gig rolls on my book # 8, Starting Your Career As An Illustrator (Allworth Press), on the shelves, please check it out!

All the guitars have found a comfy spot. Don’t play as much as I should, but I’m gonna change that.”
