About the Webinar
Basic bookkeeping is critical, but there is even more you can do to grow the successful business you’ve always dreamed of.
The Pareto Principle states: 20% of your clients produce 80% of your profit.
With this webinar you can begin to build that successful client base and let go of those clients holding your business back.
Michael shows you how to:
- Set up a process to collect information on how time and money are allocated to your current clients and projects.
- Take this data to create a checklist to define your ideal clients and projects.
- Use that checklist to begin to build a profitable client base.
- Take charge of landing the kinds of projects you will enjoy working on, increase your competiveness and grow that bottom line.
