Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health
I was tasked with designing a printed, multi-page brochure complete with type and original photography that explores new avenues in architecture. I decided to focus on the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, by renowned architect Frank Gehry. They focus on bringing together experts to advance the understanding of cognitive brain disorders and impairments.
One of my main goals was to create a unifying theme that pulls the different images and type together to achieve a cohesive and appealing look.
Special thanks to Nicole Wolf the Director of Marketing & Communications, Teresa Soldo the Hospitality Manager, and Pete the friendly security guard.
About the Artist
I’m a midwest guy enjoying life in the ever energetic, often foggy, city by the bay — San Francisco, California!
I’m proud to say that I recently graduated from the Academy of Art University. I’m now able to sport a shiny new BFA (Bachelors of Fine Arts) in the field of Web Design + New Media.
I enjoy working in each of the diverse areas that I’ve been taught. Whether it’s designing unique user experiences for mobile apps, interactive magazines for the emerging tablet market, or breaking out my front-end development skills to put together a semantically responsive site that’s integrated with some of today’s most popular, content management systems.
I take great pride in my work, giving meticulous attention to detail, while insuring timely delivery of the final assets. Whether your project is squarely in my wheelhouse or we’re treading exciting new ground on the edge, you can rest assured that when I’m on the job, you’ll get nothing but my best.
