Johannes Geier, Designer, Animator, Filmmaker

Johannes Geier was born 1993 in Passau, Germany, worked early at the fields of independent magazines, artist books and filmmaking. After studying Animation and Visual Effects in Munich he was part of the core creative team in the Broadcast Design Studio at Bavaria Filmplatz. He then went to Baden-Wuerttemberg Film Academy to study in the area of Motion Design. During his education he was granted an Artist in Residence Scholarship at Atelier Anton Kirchmair. Upon graduation he was working as Art Director and Designer for fashion brands and cultural projects in Germany. He was recently interning at award winning design studio Gretel NY to gather more experience with global branding projects.
